Get to Know Bill

Born in a small suburb of Buffalo, NY, Bill grew up with old-world values where he was raised by his grandparents and as much time as his single Mom could devote, while she pursued HER career in Real Estate.

Yes, Bill is a second-generation Realtor. Bill began his career as a Certified Financial Planner with American Express Financial Advisors and took early retirement as a Field Vice President right here in Southwest Florida in December of 2000. During his 16 years with American Express, Bill was coached by some of the most notable business experts in the country, while he assisted in the development of hundreds of Financial Advisors’ practices, which develop independent businesses, just as Realtors do.

Bill exited semi-retirement in 2010, obtained his real estate license, and set out to position himself as a trainer and coach for Realtors that wanted to grow their businesses. Before you knew it, he was asked to lead and grow one of the larger brokerages in the area and has since joined Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group, the largest independent Real Estate Brokerage in its area, and Aubuchon Homes, one of the most respected Custom home builders for the last 29 years, as Director – Sales & Business Development, where he also serves a select group of clients, helping them accomplish their real estate goals.

In 2011, Bill responded to a call from the local Realtor Association for Orientation Instructors; where he auditioned and was invited to instruct the “Business Planning” section he went on to receive rave reviews.

Bill has served on the local Board of Directors, Florida Realtors Board of Directors, and in 2016, the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors. In November of 2015, Bill was selected by the Nomination and Credentials Committee to serve as the 2016 President-elect for the newly merged Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association, and on January 1st of 2017, he began his role as President of the Association, serving over 6000 Realtors at that time.

In January 2020, Bill was installed as the Florida Realtors’ District Vice President for District 5. In January of this year, Bill once again took the helm as President of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association, currently serving approximately 10,000 Members, as well as being appointed State Chair for Florida Realtors Political Action Committee’s Participation sub-committee.

Bill has four sons (2 Lee County Sheriff’s Office, 1 Volunteer Fire Fighter when not managing facilities at Kelly Green, and 1 United States Army), 9 grandchildren, and two dogs that think they are his daughters!

Bill is active in the community as a volunteer, an avid boater, motorcycle enthusiast, and anything that involves a ball!
